Freedom By Design (FBD) is AIAS’s community-driven program that turns design into real impact. Led by architecture students, FBD creates small-scale build projects that improve public spaces, support communities, and enhance accessibility for people in need. Through hands-on design and construction, students learn real-world skills while delivering meaningful solutions — proving that architecture can serve people, create opportunity, and inspire change.
